Siobhan Molloy has been in the construction industry for 23 years.
Her first foray into the industry began in 1989 as an architectural technician before becoming a Planning Supervisor on construction projects across the UK, following the implementation of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations in 1994.
As a CDM coordinator Siobhan launched her own company Building Health + Safety Limited, in February 2004, providing companies with specialist advice on the health and safety aspects of each individual project, which is still going strong today.
